MY NAME IS
BARTŁOMIEJ BACHNIAK

After graduating from the Academy of Fine Arts in Katowice, I started working as a creative graphic designer. For five years, I was a member of the marketing department of sklepbiegacza.pl (the largest network of stores with products for runners in Poland). Thanks to this, I had the opportunity to work with companies such as Nike, adidas, Asics, Puma, Salomon. I was also the deputy head of the graphics department at Zohra (a manufacturer of clothing distributed by AliExpress). In 2018, I completed a series of trainings at the UXUI Academy in Krakow, Poland, which allowed me to expand my knowledge of issues related to design for, digital products. I have been working as a freelancer since 2019. I have worked with companies from different parts of the world: USA (Noble Prog), Switzerland (Perspective Food), England (Vatix), Germany (Loomiloo), China (Zohra). I like to create illustrations. Privately, I am passionate about comics. In my work I like to be inspired by techniques developed by artists of sequential storytelling.

preferred tools

Every specialist has a favorite way of working. Below are the programs with which I created the projects presented in the portfolio.

UXpin

Thanks to the possibility of programming interactions, it allows you to create prototypes almost 100% reflecting the finished product.

photoshop

The perfect tool for styling photography and photo montage. It allows me to prepare elements that build the atmosphere of the product.

Illustrator

Illustrations can create the atmosphere of product design. Also, can visualize key information. I prefer vector graphics with flat colors and clearly lines.

Sublime Text

Sometimes I also do Front-End Development. Sublime Text presents the code in a very readable way. I like the use of colors in organizing the data.
